The device provides power measurements in all 4 quadrants. The sign conventions used in the product are based on the “IEC sign convention for power factor” and are summarised in the following image:

Using the configuration software or by adjusting the designated registers, the following functions can be configured:

Electrical installation: point of attention
The conductor must be placed as close as possible to the centre of the product to ensure correct current measurement.The direction of current is indicated by the designation P1 and, if present, by the arrow printed on the product.
